    We understand that receiving a damaged product can be frustrating. If this happens to you, don't stress!

    Here's how we can help:
    Contact Us: Simply send an email to heather@desertwillowshop.com.
    Attach a Picture: Please include a photo of the damaged product in your email. We'll request a photo in if one is not attached.
    We'll Replace It: Once we receive your email with photo, we'll promptly ship you a replacement product at absolutely no charge.

    We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

  • Damaged Products or Concerns?

    It's important to us you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product arrives damaged in shipping or if there's an issue with the product itself, we'll be happy to replace it for you.

    Here's How to Get a Replacement:

    Contact Us: Within 30 days of your purchase date, send an email to heather@desertwillowshop.com.
    Attach a Photo: Please include a picture of the damaged product or the product issue. This helps us expedite the replacement process.
    Replacement on its Way: Once we receive your email with photo, we'll promptly ship you a replacement product free of charge.

    We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

    Returns: Products purchased at Desert Willow Esthetics must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must have 90% of product unused to receive a full refund of purchase price.

    Please note, we are currently unable to accept returns of Botnia products for reasons other than damaged or defective products.



  • Botnia products are formulated with a commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients to ensure quality and integrity.

    Ingredients are sourced from small farmers, cooperatives, and ethical wildcrafters. This practice and their integrity is one of the many reasons we've partnered with them!

    Opened products can compromise hygiene and safety. Additionally, the effectiveness of opened products may be diminished over time.

    While we know it can be frustrating to not be able to return your products, we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

    eGift Cards are not valid on services. Please stay tuned for our launch of our service Gift Certificates coming later this summer!
